PRODUCT CARE
Washability - Simply remove from nesting location, shake loose sediments and rinse with water. You may utiilize a tub of water to flex the material while submerged to remove any stubborn sediments within the nesting structure. Let the pad air dry or you may place in front of a fan or in the sun to accelerate drying time. You may utilize soaps or other disinfectants if you desire as the material is durable enough to withstand cleansing agents.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Give your hens a few weeks to adjust to the Nestly pad and if for any reason you or your hens are not satisfied we willl refund your money. All we ask is for a brief explanation on what aspects we should consider to make the product more convinient or usable for you.
SHIPPING INFO
Orders less than 5 units are shipped in approriate envelopes and lorger orders are shipped in boxes. We ship anywhere within the continental US for a standard $5-$15 charge depending of the size of the order.
INSTALLATION TIPS
Fitting - we suggest you take the pad as delivered and test the fit. If too large the pad can be easily trimmed with scissors or a scerated knife such as a bread knife.
Securing - Depending on the fit and constructino of your coop, you may or may not need to fasten the pad down. You may utilize stapes, nailes or other fasteners with little risk of damage to the nest pad.
